This scenario should not defeat us in any aspect. It may be troublesome and puts us in fear due to high numbers of fatalities, but for us living and healthy, this should not stop us from being productive. This pandemic restricts us from going out, ruins some scheduled vacations and strikes our financial income.

What can we do during this time?

Here are some helpful tips I gathered from what I observed and I actually do to be at least productive, ease boredom, anxiety and by at least not wasting time doing nothing.

  • Exercise

  • Observe proper diet and take vitamins. Boosting our immune system is a good factor in protecting ourselves from the virus. I personally take USANA Cellsentials as part of my daily intake. (You message me or check out their official website to avail and know more about the products)

  • Connect with your family and friends. It is important to at least check our loved ones once in a while. This pandemic may create anxiety to some and at least by asking them on how they are and what they feel about is a big help already.

  • Do the things you missed doing. Adulting makes us busy by focusing our time to work hard to do the living that is why we are taking our business seriously. Now that we have to stay at home, it is time to check our kitchen by preparing healthy and nutrotious food or baking, gardening, reading a good book and more.

  • Challenge yourself to do something new.

  • Never stop learning.

  • Motivate yourself.

In my own view, this time gives me a great chance for me to learn a not so new skill that I am very interested to learn a long time ago. I had been hearing about virtual assistance before and the benefits in doing this as a career but at that time, I was not able to do so due to loads of work and time issues. With the help of social media, Facebook led me to the page of Filipino Virtual Assistance and also to its affiliated page Filipino Virtual Assistance Coaching by Kathy Cabradilla. I often join and sit in on their live videos to observe and learn about being a virtual assistant, the skill and attitude that I must equip before enrolling to one of their courses. It really strikes me when Coach Kathy said in one of her live videos that in this time of enhanced community quarantine, it’s a good time also to enhance our skill and to learn something new. We should not waste this precious time doing nothing. We are in preparation of the "New Normal" and I think that by being a certified virtual assistant, I made a step ahead in the competition of virtual assistance.

If your are interested in learning Virtual Assistance, I highly recommend to learn with the Filipino Virtual Assistance Consultancy or by sending a message to Ms. Kathy Cabradilla. Links of their official Facebook page below:
