The Person Behind The EC Assistant

Elaine Contreras is a 26 years old lady from Candelaria, Quezon Philippines. She describes herself as independent and time conscious. In 2016, she earned her Bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at The Philippine Christian University Manila. After 8 years working in an office based job, she then decided to formally take her passion in the virtual world while not sacrificing the quality of her craft in giving assistance and exceptional kind of customer service.

From being a Receptionist in a BPO company in Makati City, she turned out to become an Administration Assistant and later on an Executive Assistant. In October 2019, she started to do virtual assistance by being an Executive Assistant to a German national and CEO of a construction management company based in United Kingdom. She is taking her virtual skills and the big step she made as she enter the digital world. She continue to learn with the help of Filipino Virtual Assistance Consultancy and supervised by Ms. Kathy Cabradilla.
