I had been seeing a lot of posts and articles about Virtual Assistance since 2018. It really got my interest not just because of the good salary but the thought of having the benefit of working from home. I found a hope that this can open the opportunity for me to go back to my hometown or province and be with my family while not suffering my career leaving aside the reality of a toxic environment of the business world.

I thought that I should formalize my training and sought for a legitimate help if I really want to make a step inside the digital world. With this time of pandemic or the Covid-19 virus the whole world is facing, it opens the opportunity to make the learning happen. Freelancing is the job I have been eyeing for a long time. Not everyone can have the time independence. That is one of the reason I want to enter virtual assistance world. From a lot of series of quarantine this year, I decided to enhance my skill the same time the enhanced community quarantine takes over.

There are a lot of organizations for Virtual Assistants and Virtual Aspirants in social media but I then decided to have The Filipino Virtual Assistance Consultancy train me and guide me to my virtual journey. Their legitimacy and service in guiding their student from training up to getting its own client is so overwhelming. I am very proud to say that I am trained under this organization and coached by Ms. Kathy Cabradilla. I feel that I am a different and a better version of myself now. I am gaining new learning as time pass. I can say that I am a ready to embrace the freelancing world . As soon as I get my certification, My confidence will surely boost up to the highest.

If you are reading this and want to be a freelancer or a virtual assistant someday, let me share you some tips and wisdom.

1. Do not be afraid to learn. Investing in learning is a great investment at all cost.

2. Use your time to be productive. There are a lot of ways to learn or platforms to land for a job. In this time of crisis, every second count or else you will be left behind.
